Warranty

JewelLuxe creates the highest quality jewelry and includes a limited one year warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Damage due to neglect or abuse is not covered.

Loss, theft or damage of the main stone is not covered under our warranty. Contact your insurance agent about how to adequately insure your fine jewelry. Many of our clients purchase insurance coverage through Jeweler's Mutual.

Lost side stones will be replaced at cost for a one year period after purchase with normal wear.

Please be aware If another jeweler repairs or resizes the JewelLuxe warranty will be void.

All shipping costs and insurance coverage is the responsibility of the jewelry owner.
