Processing Time
In stock or ready to ship orders are shipped within a week of purchase. The shipping time varies for each product depending on sizing, complexity of the customization, where you are located and your shipping method. We are happy to help rush orders if needed.
Shipping Details
All packages are shipped to the shipping address provided. Buyers are responsible for updating JewelLuxe with a shipping address. Please leave a note at checkout if you'd like your package directed to a different address.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH USPS. You may opt to use a different carrier, please message us for a shipping quote (only applicable on Priority and Express shipping)
Domestic Standard
(First-Class) Shipping
Standard domestic shipping is FREE for orders over $50 - $400
Standard domestic orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. For orders above $400 you are required to upgrade to priority shipping. We provide a tracking link for ALL packages. JewelLuxe is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages.
Priority Domestic Shipping
Priority domestic shipping for orders is $30. Priority Domestic orders typically arrive in 4 business day.
All priority orders are shipped with insurance for the full amount paid and require an adult signature. JewelLuxe is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages.
Express Domestic Shipping
We offer Express domestic orders ship overnight delivery and typically are processed in 2 business days. All express orders are shipped with full insurance and a tracking link. Please request a quote if you are requiring a rush order. The minimum charge is $50. JewelLuxe is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages.
Protective Packaging
Your order will come in a special jewelry box and organza bag, where you can keep your precious jewelry safe and sound. We use bubble padded bags and tissue paper to secure your order during delivery.
Special Packaging
By request, we can gift wrap your order and include a special message from you to your special someone. Leave a note at checkout with “Gift Wrap” + (insert special message)
Returns
Contact us if you need to return an order. Once your order has been approved for return you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 please use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance and signature required. We can't guarantee we will receive your returned item, tracking is recommended. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
