We specialize in custom orders and work together with you to create/design your own piece. Once the design and estimate are approved, a deposit/payment is required to commence further work.

When your order is ready, we'll contact you and make a listing for the balance. 

If you wish to cancel your order after work has begun a restocking fee of 15% of the quoted price will be charged.

Production time varies and is typically 2 - 3 weeks for completion. 
More complex pieces can take up to 6 weeks. 


Our goal is to make your custom experience memorable!

Please CONFIRM your sizing with your local Jeweler. Ring sizing is tricky and you should try pieces on that are comfortable close to your desired design in width, thickness and style. Remember when you stack rings they become tighter. 

We will gladly resize any ring you buy from us. We charge $65 for resizing, which includes return insured shipping. Larger sizes may cost more. Please contact us before shipping the ring back and let us know the size needed. Include a note with your return with your name, shipping address, email address and size needed. Current processing time is 1-2 weeks. Resizing fees are not refundable.

Some pieces are impossible to adjust but we will do our best to assist you.

Jewelry is not indestructible, care should always be used while wearing it. To give your ring the care it deserves, we recommend not wearing your ring while showering, washing dishes, cleaning, sleeping, exercising, gardening, or doing any other strenuous activity that you feel may cause damage to it.

TIPS for cleaning most jewels (not opals or pearls) :

Spray some glass cleaner ("Windex" ) directly on most jewels and scrub with a soft toothbrush or lint-free cloth. Rinse under cold water, repeat until clean. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Or give your jewelry a quick cleaning by mixing together warm water and a few squirts of mild dishwashing liquid. Soak your ring for 5-10 minutes then brush gently with a soft toothbrush and rinse.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our jewels come packaged and ready to gift. 

If you'd like special gift wrapping just send us a message and we'll make sure your gift is wrapped with care.

I offer a limited one year warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. I do not cover damage due to neglect or abuse.

Loss, theft or damage of a main stone is not covered under our warranty. Contact your insurance agent about how to adequately insure your fine jewelry. Many of our clients purchase insurance coverage through Jeweler's Mutual.

Lost side stones will be replaced at no charge or at cost for a one year period after purchase with normal wear and tear.  Stones will shift when a piece is sized or damaged.  If your piece has sustained damage, we can try to repair it.  Send us a message for details include a photograph of your item showing the damage.

If another jeweler repairs or resizes one of my pieces, this warranty will be voided.

You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Your order will come in a special jewelry box and an organza bag, where you can keep your precious safe and sound. We use bubble padded bags and tissue paper to secure your order. The order will be shipped with USPS and you can upgrade to a different carrier by request.  Special PackagingBy request, we can gift wrap your order and include a special message from you to your special someone. Leave a note at checkout with “Gift Wrap” + (insert special message)

Processing time:

Typical custom orders vary from 3-8 weeks. Ready to ship it orders  are shipped within a week of purchase, sooner in most cases. The shipping time varies for each product depending on the complexity of the customization if it's ready to ship, where you are located and your shipping method. If your item needs a modification, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks to say of shipping.  Our standard shipping is free for orders under $400, above $400+ price range you are require to upgrade to priority shipping. Priority shipping includes adult signature and full insurance. 

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. You will receive an email with your tracking number. All our packages are discrete.                                   See individual item description.

Shipping: 

To return your product, contact us for details.

If your order was approved for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance and signature required. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, tracking is recommended.  We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. 

Customs and Import taxes or Duty:

Buyers are responsible for any Customs and import taxes that may apply. JewelLuxe is not responsible for delays or costs due to Customs.

Jewelluxe can adjust most items to fit your size preferences.  Please message us for timing and costs.

Ring Sizing:

We can size most rings with some exceptions.  Please message us your ring size for timing and costs.  

Determining your Ring Size:

It's best to have your finger measured by a Jeweler.  Sometimes it's difficult to determine the correct ring size as salt and hormones can affect results.  The width of the ring will also affect the sizing.  Try on samples that are similar in width and style to the piece you are purchasing.  Stacking rings can require more space depending on your finger shape, the width and style of the ring.  To manually determine your ring size, try findmyringsize.com as a guide.  Please message us if you need more help.
